Responsibilities:

  1. Cooperate with the sales department to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to customers: including but not limited to answering customers' technical questions, conference presentations, experimental DEMO, results summary, and report writing;
  2. Cooperate with the experimental department to carry out internal docking of the project, summarize the specific situation of the project, establish the implementation plan, and follow up the progress of the project;
  3. Cooperate with the marketing department to carry out product promotion and other related technical work and data writing;
  4. Accept and complete other temporary work assigned by superior on time.

Qualifications:

  1. Master degree or above in biomedical related major, relevant technical support work experience is preferred;
  2. Accept travel;
  3. Have good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent team spirit; strong work initiative and enthusiasm, a strong sense of responsibility, unity and cooperation, good at communication;
  4. Have strong learning ability and active learning consciousness, have good thinking, analysis and problem solving ability;
  5. Good English reading and writing skills.
